SPIVI shows you real-time performance data, so you can see your cyclist on-screen fighting off competition from your fellow riders. Please note that you will need to download and set up the Spivi App and bring your phone to class and you’ll receive a performance summary of your workout in your inbox straight after the class. The class will consist of a 5 min warm up, a 5-minute test to determine your fitness level, the app will then base your results on this information. This will be followed by a 35-minute Spivi session with either a live or virtual instructor. Crank it up a gear and you will feel the results in no time.
